Just a small town girl living in a lonely world - Until the blessing of having kids at an early age helped me to realize the importance of community, which has been one of my core values ever since.

Just a small town girl living in a lonely world - Until the blessing of having kids at an early age helped me to realize the importance of community, which has been one of my core values ever since.
After gaining experience and working in the corporate world for years I realized it was time to return to my roots and give back to my own community. I wanted to be a connector, a trusted advisor and to serve those around me at a deeper level. I wanted people in my community to feel safe and confident in discussing their options for home ownership with someone they could trust and expect a high level of service from.
I pursued an engaging role as an insurance broker in my small town, building lasting relationships with clients and becoming an integral part of their journey - a privilege I don’t take lightly.
I do believe that some things happen for a reason. A client of mine said I’d be a great mortgage agent! Initially it caught me off guard but after sitting with it for a while I knew they were right! After years of experience with my service and getting to know my character, they believed in my ability to make a difference in the mortgage industry. Their belief in me is a gift I will always cherish and has led me to find even more passion.
Becoming a mortgage agent was a natural transition. I believe my experience up until now has prepared me for this role. I have stepped into and embraced this new role seriously. Although my role encompasses many important aspects, from finding lenders to advising, one of the things I cherish most is the fact that I see the potential for my clients - I often get to believe in what’s possible for them before they believe in themselves.
I have happily pursued the education to become licensed and I’m hooked - I’m hooked on ALL of it! I have a natural thirst for learning (and have a hard time putting down the books and turning off the podcasts!) and I’m committed to leading in the mortgage industry with a high performance, growth mindset.
